Scenes From Above is a new company located in the Ashtabula Harbor Area.  It's our goal to become the premier photography company for real estate in Ashtabula County.  By providing home-seekers with high quality photography in YOUR listings, it will help you to get the calls that lead to sales!

For a limited time, Scenes From Above will offer FREE - to take pictures of one house or commercial property for any real estate agent that wants to have pictures taken!  You can use our pictures in your listings at absolutely no charge.  That's right NO CHARGE!  We'll take interior and exterior photographs, and, where appropriate, we will provide an elevated shot, as seen in the slideshow above.

What's the catch?  In order for us to effectively showcase our photography FREE, we make the following requests:

• The house or business needs to be within 20 miles of our home address in the Ashtabula Harbor.  We'll travel further, but for this FREE offer, any locations outside of 20 miles will incur a $.50 per mile charge.
• The house should be either furnished or staged.  This means furniture in the living room, beds and dressers in the bedrooms, etc.  Furnished rooms give a better sense of perspective.
• We want to be able to showcase our photography in attractive, well kept homes.  Some basic home prep tips can be found here.  The house can be a new listing, or an existing one.
• Please allow us to list the house, including the pictures and description on our sister website, www.ashtabulamarket.com, at least until the house sells or until you are no longer the listing agent.  Along with the pictures, we will list whatever details and information you would want.  In addition, we will create a FREE printable virtual flyer, and submit it to a list of about 10 online classified websites.  Plus, you can use it for brochure boxes, mailers, handouts, and open houses.   It's FREE ADVERTISING for YOU AND YOUR LISTING!!!

Realtors across the country are becoming more aware that premium photography is one of the keys to effectively selling homes.  Gone are the days when a "snapshot" of the front of the house is sufficient.  The more quality pictures, the better!  Read more about this here.

We are offering FREE PHOTOGRAPHY to promote Scenes From Above Photography by showing examples on our Ashtabula Market website.  This is why we want "nicely furnished" houses in good condition to help us to showcase our photography.   Allow us to show You what we can do!

Please note that for the time being, we will be available for photographic services only on weekends and evenings.  Since we take multiple exposures of each shot, a typical photo session may require 2 hours.
